Social Care Training
This Health and Social Care training course is designed to cover all training elements of The Care Certificate.
All topics are covered in a 2-day training programme and are aligned to all the 15 standards within the Care Certificate.
Additionally, it can also be made into a 1-day mandatory training course, if only a few training needs are identified.
This social care training can be made bespoke and rearranged to cover your bespoke current organisational training needs. It provides the knowledge care workers need to help them towards achieving The Care Certificate and to provide the best dignified care to the individuals they are supporting. This course is a perfect induction programme for staff new to care.
It can also be attended by existing care staff requiring refresher training.

Mandatory Healthcare
This Mandatory Health training course is designed with both health and care professionals in mind. This Safeguarding course is designed for those who work regularly with children and/or families. It ensures that all people who have contact with children or young people are equipped to carry out their safeguarding responsibilities correctly and competently.

This Safeguarding course is suitable for managers and team leaders who are in charge of settings in which staff work regularly with children and/or families. This course takes a more in-depth look into safeguarding and will also give you the relevant information you need to ensure that you are able to deal confidently with all matters relating to safeguarding children.

Moving and Handling People Training
This Moving and Handling People Training is most relevant to healthcare workers and providers. It is designed to enable staff to be confident and competent in providing correct people moving techniques so that risks are reduced to yourself and patients/residents. Infection Control
This Infection Control (including COVID-19 guidance) course is ideal for all workplaces where work activities could put employees at risk of passing on or contracting an infection in particular health and social care environments. Mental Capacity Act & DoLS
This Mental Capacity course has been designed to help healthcare staff understand the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) and their implementation throughout the social care and healthcare sectors.
It is suitable for new healthcare starters or as a refresher for existing healthcare staff to update their current knowledge. This course emphasises the importance of person-centred approaches to support individuals who may lack capacity to make their own decisions and how to take appropriate action and protect the welfare and freedom of choice of individuals cared for.
