We pride ourselves in tailoring our courses to be completely bespoke to our clients organisation and specific needs.
Before we deliver training to your employees, we provide a free consultation to discuss the course content that clients would like to be included in the training. We find out more about the organisation, the environment, specific hazards and risks and what clients are hoping to achieve from the training.
When we identify our courses will be more effective by doing so, we also incorporate our clients company policies into our training so that employees receive information specific to their organisation and are made aware of anything that their policies have identified.
Our courses are all very interactive. Incorporating group activities, a variety of learning resources and opportunities for discussions and questions throughout.

Manual Handling Training
We learn more about the loads and products employees are handling, any handling equipment that is being used, environmental factors and risks etc… We then tailor the course to make the course relevant and match your requirements.
Health & Safety Training
We discuss and find out more about the common causes of accidents and incidents that the organisation experiences and the hazards and risks involved in their workplace. What PPE is used, environmental factors, chemicals used etc…
We then tailor all the content specifically to our client, to help reduce the risk of injury and maintain safety in the workplace.
Leadership Development Training
We explore what the organisation is aiming to achieve from the training. We help our clients to identify any weaknesses and development needs in their leadership team and incorporate the appropriate content into the training to help strengthen and develop these points.
Conflict Management Training
Through our discussions with our clients, we find out more about the actual conflict situations that employees experience, or are likely to experience in their roles, so that we can provide the right tools to enable them to avoid conflict occurring and to manage and de-escalate any conflict that does occur, safely and professionally.

Thank you to Silvana for supporting Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice with her training session at the back end of last year.
