Excellent course. A lot more information than I was expecting and delivered at a great pace and plenty of time to ask questions and really understand the content. The trainer was very sensitive to the needs of the group and adapted to the different work places we all had. Would recommend this course to everyone, not just management.
I am confident that I can now deal with situations with Mental Health and was given great information for signposting people where I cannot deal with the situation.

During lockdown in our Virtual Tavern Facebook group, we noticed an increasing number of people reaching out who were struggling with mental health issues. We contacted Silvana who booked us on this course. It was a real eye-opener and got us thinking about a lot of subjects we hadn’t even considered. The course was delivered via zoom due to covid restrictions. There was lots of interaction and regular breaks so it didn’t feel like a long day. Would highly recommend this course for anybody looking for an entry-level into mental health, and we are looking forward to taking further courses with Silvana and the team.

  3. Elaine Shepherd

A great introductory course into mental health, giving a broad understanding of the issues faced. The trainer was very knowledgeable and led the 1 day training well, involving everyone with good group interaction. Would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to gain a bit more insight into mental health.

I recently attended the Mental Health first aid training, this was provided at the Fusiliers museum which was a great venue. The course was well thought out and the delivery of this sensitive subject matter was exceptional. The course signposts great ways to start a conversation with someone who you or another person has concerns about. What issues people may have and how these may be recognised. The course gives great tips on what the next steps should be without putting yourself in physical or emotional danger.
I would recommend to anyone who is interested in mental health and anyone working with others to be able to offer an additional service in the workplace. It’s a great place to start mindfulness in the workplace. This is one of many courses I have attended and each one is delivered in a professional engaging manner. I would recommend the team for any of your training needs. Fenster Trade Frames

We have attended courses run by Compliance Training Ltd a few times now and have been very impressed. We have accessed training at care staff and management level and both have been impressive. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend.

  7. Nicki Greenhalgh

Excellent course, tutor was very professional and knowledgeable and sensitive to everyone’s understanding/knowledge of mental health. Great interaction with the group and got everyone involved. The group were from various different sectors but it did not matter as everyone was encouraged to join in. Some great tips picked up on the day and made me think about things. Would highly recommend this course to everyone
